Last updated: 28 August 2026
Voice Media is the trading name of Vladimir Morozov, a sole trader. This notice explains how I collect, use and protect personal information.
Information I collect
I may collect:
- Your name, email address, telephone number and organisation.
- Information you provide through the contact form, by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
- Project details, correspondence, quotations, contracts and invoices.
- Technical information recorded by the website or hosting provider, such as your IP address, browser and access logs.
- Where relevant to a project, photographs, video, audio and contributor information.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the project and has been agreed in advance.
How I use your information
I use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- Plan, manage and deliver commissioned work.
- Communicate with clients, contributors, suppliers and crew.
- Maintain financial, contractual and business records.
- Protect the website and prevent spam or misuse.
- Publish selected examples of my work where I have appropriate permission or another lawful basis.
The lawful bases I normally rely on are taking steps toward a contract, fulfilling a contract, complying with legal obligations and my legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it at any time.
I do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making.
Filming and client projects
When another organisation commissions Voice Media to film or livestream an event, that organisation will often decide why and how recordings are used. In those circumstances, it will normally be the data controller and Voice Media will act on its instructions.
Questions about appearing in a particular commissioned recording should usually be directed to the organisation responsible for that event or project.
Who information may be shared with
Information is shared only where reasonably necessary. This may include:
- Website hosting and technical service providers, including Krystal.
- Email and communications providers, including Google.
- Trusted freelance crew, subcontractors or suppliers working on a project.
- Accountants, insurers or professional advisers.
- Clients and delivery platforms where required to complete a project.
- Public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
Some providers, including Google and YouTube, may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, the provider is responsible for using an approved legal mechanism or other appropriate safeguards for the transfer.
How long information is retained
I keep information only for as long as it is reasonably required:
- Enquiries that do not lead to work are normally retained for up to two years after the last contact.
- Contracts, invoices and related financial records are normally retained for six years.
- Project correspondence and media are retained according to the needs of the project, any agreed storage arrangements and relevant legal or insurance requirements.
- Selected work may remain in the Voice Media portfolio while it continues to provide a relevant record of the business.
Information may be retained for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of your personal information.
- Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
- Ask for information to be deleted.
- Restrict or object to how information is used.
